UK deliveries
These are sent by Post or Parcel Post.

International Deliveries
These are sent by air mail or international carrier.
Destinations within the EEC take approximately 3/5 days for delivery.
Deliveries to USA or Canada take 6/7 days air mail and 5/6 days by carrier.

Returns
If any items you receive from us are not to your satisfaction we will be happy to discuss a return or exchange. All goods are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are suitable for the purpose for which they were designed. If an item is returned and in our opinion there is a manufacturing fault then an exchange or a refund will be made. A refund will be made assuming the goods are in the same condition as they were received. We cannot accept any liability for goods returned by a customer that are lost or damaged in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to reclaim any duties paid on goods, which are returned, for a refund.
